Utility Room
This view is from what will become the ADA-accessible bathroom. This is the old access route to the back of the building that will be walled off for the bathroom upgrade. The Utility Room itself will be enclosed and isolated from the rest of the room in the background.
This view is from Exhibit Room A, opposite of the photo at the top of this page. All that remains to be added is a new door and drywall to complete the renovation of the Utility Room. A new furnace which will supply heat to the back half of the building will be added next to the existing furnace on the left-hand side of the room.
Stud walls have been added above the Utility Room to hide the furnace distribution ductwork and other unsightly infrastructure.
