Induction into the Tribute Gallery

In order to have someone inducted into the Tribute listing, submit the information listed below:

1)  Submit the full name, branch of military service or civilian contribution during World War II of the person you would like inducted.

2)  Submit a biography about that person's military service, awards or medals won, and even their life after the war, up to 500 words. 

3)  Include up to two photographs (one wartime photo) of the person you would like to have inducted.  Scanned images are accepted, and if you mail us a photograph, please understand that it will not be returned.

The above information may be submitted by regular mail or e-mail.

4)  Include with the information a required contribution of $100.00 per name submitted.  (Fee also includes free membership to the World War II History Center)

5)  If you would like your inductee's name and branch of service included on a traditional stone memorial that will be constructed once the museum has been built, please include a total of $250.00 per name submitted.

The Tribute Gallery is a fundraising effort by the World War II History Center, as well as a memorial for those who did their part during the war.  The proceeds will go towards the construction and operation of the World War II History Center, a Museum and Resource Facility.  Your contributions are tax-deductible to the limits prescribed by law.

At this time, only personal checks, money orders, and cash are acceptable.  Please make out your personal check or money order to World War II History Center Foundation and mail to:

Upon receipt of your information and payment, your inductee will be added to the listing.  You will be sent a receipt letter for your contribution for your tax records.
