- Thanks to an $18,000 grant from the K. T. Wiedemann Foundation of
Wichita, KS, we have completed the first phase of our fundraising
campaign for our new building. We now have enough funds to
complete our renovation project! The campaign will continue as we
begin to raise an additional $50,000 to purchase the building pictured
above.

- We have received financial
support in the amount of $500 from former Kansas Senator and WWII
veteran Bob Dole!

There is currently a tie between
the AMVETS Department of Kansas and AMVETS Ladies Auxiliary Department
of Kansas. Both have donated
$500 thus far.

War II History Center Foundation is to
facilitate a museum and resource facility dedicated to the history of the World
War II era. The center will strive to educate all generations about the
reasons for the war and the profound impact WWII had on the world.
