Exhibit Room B

Stud walls, drywall and insulation will be added to the perimeter of this room to hide the cinder block walls.  Lighting will be upgraded to a type more appropriate for museum displays.  Stairwell access to the second floor will also be added in this room.

Stud walls have been added along the cinder block and original limestone walls.  Insulation and drywall will then be added to give the room a new, clean look.

This wall has been added to restrict access to the basement area and its narrow, treacherous steps.  You can see the railing for the stairwell to the basement in the lower right-hand corner.  The space between this wall and the cinder block wall on the right will be converted into storage space.

The space enclosed by the stud walls here will be where the new staircase will be added for access to the second floor where the Collections Room will be.

The new stairwell has been cut in the Collections Room floor.

The storage closet has been added alongside the new stairwell.  This closet will be just large enough to hold all of the chairs needed for our "World War II Movie Night" events.
